Based on further review by the NRC staff we are withdrawing our letter and Safety Evaluation dated June 12, 1989 relating to Generic Letter 83-28, Item 4.5.2, " Reactor Trip System Reliability-On-Line Testing" for the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station. A revised Safety Evaluation addressing this item will be issued in the near future.
