Dear Dr. Wegst:
We have reviewed the page changes to the UCLA " Physical Security Plan for the Protection of Special Nuclear Material of Moderate Strategic Significance" which were submitted by your letter dated August 10, 1982.
We have determined that these page changes, which are identified as Revision 5 to the plan, do not decrease the effectiveness of the plan pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p) and are therefore acceptable.
Accordingly, we are hereby amending your License No. R-71 by incorporating the following amendment, effectively immediately.
The licensee shall follow the " Physical Security Plan for the Protection of Special Nuclear Material of Moderate Strategic Significance." The Physical Security Plan consists of a document withheld from public disclosure pur-suant to 10 CFR 73.21 which was submitted by letter dated March 10, 1980, as amended by letters dated July 3,1980; February 20, 1981; April 21, 1981; June 1, 1981; and August 10, 1982 and as further amended pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
