(a) Letter K. R. Goller to UCLA dated 9/25/75 We have reviewed the reported changes to the subject security plan, submitted by letter dated October 21, 1975. The changes reflected the assignment of a new Laboratory Director and the addition of another alam point in the reactor roan. We find these changes acceptable.

Also, our concern which was transmitted to the licensee by reference (a) has been resolved, in that the plan has been revised to reflect the previous approved level of protection.
Therefore, we find the reported changes acceptable and have determined that they do not decrease the effectiveness of the Security Plan. The approved plan now consists of documents from UCLA submitted by letters dated June 20, 1975, July 15, 1975 and October 21, 1975.
