Our letter to you dated July 15, 1974, indicated, among other items, that your industrial security plans would be evaluated for conformance to 10 CFR 50.34(c),10 CFR 73.40 and the " Interim Guidance - Organization and Content of Security Plans for Lou Power Research and Training Reacters".
The applicability of the above regulations and guidance to.your facility was based on our understanding that you intended to reduce your inventory of non-exempt special nuclear naterial below : Lilograns, and were actively pursuing this course of action. Your security plan dated August 21, 1974, and corrections to it dated August 29, 1974, indicates that you have not l
r:duced your inventor" o' non-en et recial nucloar mterial to less than 5 kilograms.
Your possession of more than 5 kilograms of special nuclear material, computed by the nethod shown in 10 CFR Part 73, requires that l
you comply with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.50,10 CFR 73.60, and 10 CFR 73.70.
