ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROLS - PROPOSED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS CHANGES (TAC NO. 56743)
On July. 13, 1987, we issued Amendment No. 56 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-34 for Fort St. Vrain.
This amendment was in partial response to your applications.
At that time we noted that we had not received a response to our letter dated December 5, 1986.
As of this date, we will consider the remaining portions of your application to have been withdrawn, since we have i
not received this response.
TAC No. 56743 is closed.
Please submit a formal request for withdrawal of the remaining portions of license amendment request within 45 days of the date of this letter.
