Dear Mr. Berkow This letter is to propose additional changes to the Administrative Controls Section of the Fort St.
Vrain (FSV)
Technical Specifications.
These changes are supplemental to those proposed in Reference 1 and deal primarily with elimination of refererces to the FSV Security Committee, and administrative changes to the Nuclear Facility Safety Committee Section.
A summary of the proposed changes is provided in Attachment 1, the changes themselves in Attachment 2, and an evaluation of Significant Hazards Consideration in Attach,nent 3.
