- 1) Delete reference to FSV Security Committee (page 7.1-11).
AC 7.1.3
- 1) Reworded the NFSC Function to conform more closely with the wording of ANSI N18.7-1972, Section 4 (page 7.1-12).
- 2) NFSC Membership revision to reflect change of Manager, Risk Management to Safety and Security Director. Also, reworded / clarified Section 7.1.3.3, Alternates.
(page 7.1.-13)
- 3) Added new Section 7.1.3.4, Chairman, to describe how the Chairman and Alternate Chairman are appointed, renumbered the Sections following 7.1.3.4, and corrected paragraph references as appropriate (page 7.1-14).
- 4) Add Items 1, 2 and 3 to Section 7.1.3.8.b and renumbered the NFSC Audit Section to 7.1.3.8.c.
(page 7.1-16).
AC 7.4
- 1) Deleted reference to FSV Security Committee in Section 7.4.b (page 7.4-2).
The remaining changes (indicated with revision markers) were submitted to the NRC via P-86452, dated July 22, 1986.
