ALLEGATION - 01 REPORT ON FERMI Enclosed for appropriate action is a memorandum on the subject, " Allegation that the EDO was Trying to Change the Office of Investigations Report on Fermi (50-341)." I believe you are familiar with the substance tecause you were at the closed Comission Meeting when the issue of using 01 ard CIA investigative reports was discussed.
I have also attached for your infonnation a memorandum from Mr. Keppler on the same subject.
l I would be pleased to provide you with whatever additional ir. formation you may need to pursue this allegation or assist you in any way yoL deem appropriate.
I would appreciate a reply from you as to how you propose to resolvt the issue.
