-REFERRAL TO THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE (CASENO. 3-85-013)

.This office intends to refer the enclosed 01 Report of Investigation to the Department of Justice on March 7,1986, for prosecutive consideration as discussed in the referral letter attached to the report.

In keeping with Comission approved guidelines for OI referrals, a copy is herewith provided for consultation purposes.. Since the investigation has developed evidence which leads 01 to suspect that a deliberate material false statement was made to the NRC, a copy of this report will also be provided to the Commission.
