REFERRAL TO THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE (CASE NO. 3-85-013)
It is the intention of this office to refer the enclosed 01 Report of I Investigation to the Department of Justice on March 7,1986, for prosecutive consideration as discussed in the referral letter attached to' the report.
Since the OI investigation has developed evidence which leads 01 to suspect that there was a deliberate material false statement made to the NRC, a copy of the report is provided herewith for consultation purposes. A copy was also .
provided to OGC for the same reason in keeping with current approved !
Commission guidelines for 01 referrals.
