1oMiD.1.Rw.0 Page 2 of 7 1.0 PURPOSE 1.1 Describe mechanisms by which equipment status is documented and tracked to enable Operations personnel to determine the availability of plant systems.
2.0 GENERAL 2.1 Plant status documentation should be reviewed shiftly, and prior to:
Making a Mode change Removing systems or equipment from service Operating a system or equipment following maintenance, modification, testing or other work which removed the system or equipment from service. This review is not required when the status of the system or equipment is known to be acceptable for

the planned operation Major evolutions such as SPROCs, IPTEs, etc.
2.2 Plant status may be determined by use of the following documents as applicable:
Shift Turnover Checklists OPS Form 696.1-1 Shift Manager Logs Control room status sheets OP 240 p

conjunction with Valve Line up Lists, 3.2 System Status Files are files maintained in the Control Roorn that contain copies of the most recent valve line up(s) performed on the system and other pertinent system information.
3.2.1_ When a new valve line up is performed on a system it will be placed in the system status file and the existing valve line up will be transmitted to Nuclear Document Services.
