EQUIPMENT QUALIFICATION INSPECTION - COOPER NUCLEAR STATION

Reference:

Letter to Mr. L. G. Kunc1 from J. E. Gagliardo, dated October 9, 1986.

This letter confirms the discussion between Messrs. J. Jaudon, R. E. Ireland, of this office and Mr. Guy Horn of your staff, changing the dates of the equipment qualification (EQ) inspection at Cooper Nuclear Station from October 27-31, 1986, to November 3-7, 1986.

The management entrance meeting is rescheduled for 1:00 p.m. on November 3,1986, at your plant site. The plant walkdown inspection of equipment is planned for November 6, 1986. The management exit meeting is tentatively scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on November 7, 1986, at the plant site. All remaining logistics of the inspection remain the same as outlined in our letter of October 9,1986.
