Attached is a draft copy of our proposed reply to the citations issued after the most recent inspection of our facility by Mr. R. T. Dodds of your staff.
As I explained in our telephone conversation this morning, I would like to submit this draft to a meeting of the Reactor liazards Committee for a thorough review.
Because of conflicting vacation schedules we will not be able to submit the formally approved letter to your office until August 19.
I would be very grateful if you could extend the deadline for submission of the reply to that date.
