SUBJECT:
RIVER BEND STATION, UNIT 1 TECHNICAL SFECIFICATION CHANGE TO CONTAINMENT ISOLATION VALVE TABLE By letters dated September 17, 1986 and September 19, 1986, Gulf States Utilities ~ Company proposed a one time change to the River Bend Station, Unit 1 Technical Specifications. The proposed change concerns removing the operability requirements from an automatic isolation valve in the 3/4 inch line that bypasses the RCIC inboard isolation valve associated with the steam supply line to the RCIC turbine.
T of the proposed changes,he Facility Operations Branch coordinated the review with the Plant Systems and Reactor Systems Branches who had primary responsibility for the safety evaluation input.
