01 MEMORANDA ON RIVER BEND Attached are three memoranda that we have received from the Office of Investigations Field Office.

Each of these memoranda involve matters concerning the River Bend Station.

I request that your Division review OI's findings and determine whether any followup inspections or enforcement action are warranted.

[ Note: Attachment I relates to Allegation No. 4-84-A-032 and relates to Allegation No. 4-85-A-076.

If applicable, forward the appropriate "close out" letters to M. Emerson.] Please let me know at the earliest time possible if you conclude that enforcement action is necessary.

Also, I need to know if DRS&P believes that any infonnation from OI's reports should be formally conveyed to the licensee.

If so, expurgated inspection reports need to be prepared and approved by 01 for release to the licensee and PDR.

Once DRS&P has concluded the review of these memoranda, please return them to me.
