Plant Performance Following Main Steam Line Isolation Valve Closure at Power, IST-2.21 A.02, will be completed with the react r producing 30 percent power rather than 100 percent power because the higher power level could lead to unnecessary primary system conditions such as pressurizer high water level or lifting of the pressurizer PORV's.
This topic has been discussed at length with the Staff. DLC considers this matter closed.
