These changes are made in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.59 and reported to NRC in accordance with 50.59(b) within one month of initiating changes per BVPS-2 Facility Operating License condition C.(3). ,

FSAR SECTION TITLE

1) 14.2.12.48.01 Main Plant Carbon Dioxide Protection System (SOV-2.33A.01) Test (SOV)  ;

Reference (a) identified this testing was deferred until December 31, 1987 due to the inability to complete modifications on time. Compensatory measures were provided until the primary Carbon Dioxide System was successfully tested and placed in  !

service by the scheduled date. Reference (b) indicated the backup CO2 storage tank which provides adequate reserve capacity has been installed. Final tecting for this backup  !

supply system is expected to be completed by January 31, 1988.

2) 14.2.12.70.01 Condensate Polishing Building Heating (SOV-2.44G.01) Ventilation and Air-Conditioning System Test (SOV) '

This test was completed prior to commercial Operations, but high vibration and flow rate readings for the Process Air Filtration ,

Exhaust Fan did not meet the acceptance criteria. Evaluation of the deficiencies resulted in rework of the fan and recalibration of the flow indicator. These items have since been resolved.

3) 14.2.12.61.02 Effluent Radiation Monitor Test (IST)

(IST-2.43.01)

This test was completed prior to Commercial Operations except for obtaining a representative grab sample from the Gaseous Waste '

Surge Tank Transfer Monitor to enable grab sample analysis / monitor readout comparisons. The grab sampic has been ,

obtained with satisfactory results. 1 I
