ORDER PROHIBITING INVOLVEMENT IN NRC-LICENSED ACTIVITIES This is to inform the Commission that-an Order Prohibiting involvement in NRC-
' Licensed Activities for a period of five years will be issued on or about August 5.1997, to an unlicensed individual who formerly worked as the Primary Chemistry Manager at the Limerick Generating Station. Units-1 & 2.
The action is based on an investigation conduction by the Office of Investigation which determined that Ms. Blacklock deliberately directed falsification of Reactor Enclosure Cooling Water sample documentation on February 7,1996.
It should be noted that the individual has not been_ specifically informed of 1
the enforcement action. The schedule of issuance and notification is:

The individual is prohibited from involvement in NRC-licensee activities for a period of five. years, and is required to notify the NRC of her first involvement in NRC-licensee activities following the prohibition period, Contacts: M.
