SUMMARY
DISPOSITION OF UTAH CONTENTION G The Applicant filed a Motion for Summary Disposition of Utah Contention G (Quality Assurance) on June 28,1999 (" Applicant's Motion"). The Staff filed a response to the Applicant's Motion on July 19,1999. The State was granted an extension of time until July 30,1999 to file a simultaneous response to the Applicant's Motion and a reply to the Staff's Response. ASLBP Order dated July 1,1999.
