To assist you in your review of these reports, Enclosure 2 provides a comparison between the ECTG Writer's Guide recommended report format and the transmitted reports. As has

been previously discussed with your staff, the welding reports addressing employee concerns have been left in the format used by the Weld Task Group. to this letter transmits, for NRC's review, two initial element reports addressing Sequoyah Nuclear Plant employee concerns in the engineering category.
(These reports have been reviewed and approved by the Senior Review Panel). transmits the final element reports for 20 elements addressing Sequoyah Nuclear Plant employee concerns in the following categories:
Construction
- 4 reports Engineering
- 12 reports Operations
- 3 reports Welding
- 1 report As indicated by the report cover sheets, these reports have completed final review by the Senior Review Panel and the Employee Concern Task Group management. With these final reports, all employee concerns related to Sequoyah have been addressed for Construction Subcategory 10700, Instrument Tubing and Engineering Subcategory 23500. Electrical Safety Design.
