RII-93-A-0031 & 96 BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT-QUESTIONABLE FIREWA This refers to our letter dated May 13, 1995 in which you were informed that we were continuing our review of your concern, pertaining to Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant.
Our review regarding this matter has been completed.
Our Office of Investigations completed their investigation into this matter and concluded that the allegation that Stone and Webster Engineering discriminated against you for engaging in protected activity was not substantiated.
Our review regarding the firewatch concern (RII-93-A-0031) you reported to us was previously addrested in our letter to you dated January 17, 1994.
This concludes the staff's activities regarding this matter.
