EA 97-092, Ol INVESTIGATION CASE NO. 2-96-009 in response to our letter (Notice of Violation) of March 14,1997 to TVA, the licensee has requested they be provided a copy of the referenced 01 report that served as the basis for the violation.

j i spoke to W. McNulty, Director, Ol Field Office, Region 11, and he had no objection to the report being released after appropriate redaction.

I believe that Mr. Lieberman needs to be the releasing authority for this report.

I have enclosed the TVA request for your information.
