RII-93-A-0031 & 96 - QUESTIONABLE FIREWATCH PRACTICES AT THE BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT This refers to our letter dated January 17, 1994, in which we advised you that we were monitoring your Department of Labor complaint pertaining to discriminatory employment practices for allegedly reporting firewatch safety concerns at the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant.
We are continuing our review of this matter for any NRC actions that may be warranted.
