We will not need a Commission paper if the Director, OI agrees we do not need Commission consultation.

I am forwarding a-copy of the draft enforcement action to Mr. McNulty with this e-mail.

Mr. McNulty, Can you review the attached to see if the Field Of fice sees a need for Commission consultation? Since OI Report No. 2 030 found that no discrimination occurred we need to coordinate with OI on the whether the Commission should be consulted on the difference in the final enforcement decision.

The cover letter summarizes the agreement with OE on the enf orcement action. Thanks.
