Harrison-case After we talked this morning, I looked at the SOL decision and talked with Bruno.

The SOL specifically states at page 8 line 7 that without the additional evidence of Ehele's animus he might have agreed with the ALJ decision so I believe Ehele is the proper responsible manager and other higher level managers just followed his recommendation.

Ehele was also the one who transferred Harrison to the outside work crew.

RII proposes that we do not need to have another meeting on this, but with OE's concurrence (and OGC if needed) we contact Ehele and

request he attend a PEC on the same day or at the same conference as TVA and S&W.
