ENCLOSURE Dow Chemical Company License No. R-108 Notice of Violation 10 CPR 73.40 requires that the security plan submitted by the licensee be followed after March 6, 1974. The Security Plan for the Dow TRIGA Research Reactor Facility submitted by letter dated January 3, 1974, as amended by your submittal of July 8, 1974, was found acceptable as indicated by NRC letter dated September 3, 1974.
Based on the results of the physical protection inspection conducted during the period of January 15-16, 1976, at the Dow TRIGA Research Reactor Facility it appears that certain of your activities, as indicated below, were not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements.
Infractions 1.
Contrary to Section 3.2.5 at Paragraph No. 4 and Section 3.3.7 at Part B of the Security Plan for the Dow TRIGA Research Reactor, Plant Protection and Security Department does not maintaint 2.
