SUBJECT:
DIFFERING PROFESSIONAL VIEW On March 5, 1996, I was_ informed by Mr. Luis Reyes, Deputy Regional Administrator, that my memorandum of February 5,1996 to Mr. Albert F. Gibson is considered to'be a Differing Professional View. While I do not view my memorandum as a challenge of, or disagreement with, NRC policy, I welcome this level of review because I am sincerely interested in improving the process.
In.accordance with ROI 2304 dated ' July 11, 1994, I am submitting the following list of individuals to be the third member of the impartial Standing Review Panel.
These individuals are qualified inspectors and have had considerable
