The report reviews the design changes and controls to be implemented to ensure continued integrity and operability of the helium circulators at the Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Genera-ting Station. The staff has reviewed the PSC report and concurs with your proposed corrective actions. Our Safety Evaluation is enclosed.
