I have reviewed the referenced letter against copies of the . 'estions sent to l neeeux/51rnpson March 1, 1933 and also against the last versivo of the l questions sent by CECO to OCA (approxite.ately 2/18/08).

l 1. All the cuestions noted in the refsrenced 01 Yetter were edited at H I

Street and all differed in some respect frten the last draf t seen by 01 and transmitted by OEDO to OCA.

7. According to my notes, all the questions referenced in the 01 letter ware revtewed by R. Fortuna on or about 2/18/S8. Fortuna did not request i changes to any cf these questions, althcugh he did request shanges to l several others in the package he riviewed.
3. The word "generally" in Question 22 was in the package Fortuna reviewed.

At the tim I was particularly con:orned that the later part of the respunse reflect I: ayes vitn word by wor 1J and ! felt there was a ptissibility some change night have been inserted. I particularly asked 01 tu leak carafully at that response to assure Hayes words had not teen changed as ! no longer had the original to check agstnst.
