20.501 free the ' calendar quarter. definition provided in 10 CFR Part 20.3(a)(4) as it applies to your radiation exposure assessment program for the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant Unit 1.
The exemption is for the purpose of pemitting you to shorten the final 1981 calendar quarter so that you can conmence the first quarter of the 1982 calendar year on January 1,1982 (rather than January 15, 1982 as would otherwise be the case).
The exemption you requested is hereby granted. This change is purely adwinistrative and has no safety impact.
