NEW PROCEDURES FOR APPROVAL OF FUNDING REQUESTS Please advise all technical staff to use the following procedures for all future contract actions:
1)
PID's must be resigned by DE management when funding requirements are modified.
2)
New PID's must be sutcitted with all contracting packages involving funding changes.
Packages I
submitted without new PIDs will be returned to the project manager.
l These new procedures will help eliminate confusion and delays in processing l
of contracting actions, and will provide better control in monitoring DE funds.
