Thank you for your letter of February 21, 1986, in response to our letter and the attached report containing two deficiencies dated January 16, 1986.

As discussed with Mr. D. Snellings during a telephone call on March 20, 1986, and requested in your letter, the NRC inspector will meet with your staff to review your analysis of the existing emergency action level criteria (313/8525-01; 368/8526-01).

Your response to deficiency 313/8525-02; 368/8526-02 appears adequate.

The procedure changes to implement the Emergency Plan change will be inspected prior to the final acceptance of your response during a future inspection.

It should be noted that the subject deficiency (313/8525-01; 368/8526-01)

remains a concern to the NRC and corrective action should be expedited.

The NRC inspector will m et with the station staff on a future inspection.
