Inspection Sunniary Inspection Conducted April 22-26, 1985 (Report 50-313/85-12; 50-368/85-12)
Areas Inspected: Routine, unannounced inspection of the security plans, management effectiveness, security program audit, testing and maintenance, physical barriers protected area (PA) and vital area (VA), lighting, compensatory measures, assessment aids, access control personnel, vehicles and packages, and detection aids in pas and VAs. The inspection involved 32 direct inspector-hours by one NRC inspector.
Results: Within the 14 areas inspected, three violations were identified (inadequate management control, paragraph 5, inadequate security maintenance,
, paragraph 7, and personnel access control, paragraph 13).
