Arkansas Nuclear One - Units 1 & 2 Docket Nos. 50-313 and 50-368 License Nos. DPR-51 and NPF-6 Supplemental Information in Response to Inspection Report 50-313/85-26 and 50-368/85-27
Dear Mr. Gagliardo:
The attached information is provided to further clarify AP&L's position associated with the subject inspection report finding 81080.
AP&L previously responded to this finding in our letter of August 29, 1986 (0CAN088607).
This issue was also discussed with Messrs. Yandell, Caldwell and Earnest of your staff during their visit to AP&L's office during the week of March 30, 1987.
As a result of those discussions, we agreed to further document our position so that your office could request an evaluation of this issue by the NMSS staff.
The attached material contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and therefore, should be handled appropriately.
