B0MB THREAT In the afternoon of February 13, 1986, an anonymous letter was received by the licensee which threatened the use of a bomb to cause political and social problems for the Institute.
Military intelligence and the Federal Bureau of Investigation were advised and are investi-gating.
' Region.I and the NRC Operations Center were notified by telephone on February 14, at about 8:30 a.m.
The NRC's IAT and the State of Maryland have been informed.
