Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute Docket No. 50-170 Bethesda, Maryland 20014 License No. R-84 ,
As a result of the inspection conducted on June 1 to June 5, 1987, and in accordance with the " General Statement of Policy and Procedure for NRC Enforcement Actions," 10 CFR Part 2, Appendix C (Enforcement Policy) (1986),

Contrary to the above, on June 2,1987, six 55-callon drums, located in the reactor facility prep room, contained radioactive material in excess of that specified in 10 CFR 20, Appendix C, and did not bear the required labels.
This is a Severity Level V Violation. (Supplement IV)
