SUBJECT:
TELCON WITH WILLIAM G0ULD, SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON Bill Gould called late Thursday afternoon, September 20, 1984, when I was unavailable.
I returned the call shortly thereafter.
He stated that SOCAL representatives were in Washington, DC and were attempting to "get an audience" on the Unit 1 matter.
He stated that anything I could do to arrange for a meeting with the Commission or a representative would be appreciated.
I said I had an earlier call on this subject from Congressman Packard.
I said I intended to take the question of a Commission meeting up with the Commissioners on Friday, September 21 at agenda planning.
I said I thought that a meeting, if it were held, might be better scheduled for mid-to-late October 1984.
He stated that he would appreciate whatever I could do te schedule as early a meeting as possible.
