DEPARTMENT OF LABOR (DOL) ORDER REQUIRING MOSBAUGH TO PROVIDE V0GTLE DOCUMENTS TO THE GEORGIA POWER COMPANY (GPC) l L

1 It is hereby requested that the following documents, among those ordered by l DOL to be provided to GPC by Mosbaugh on January 29, 1991, be excepted from I review by GPC until the completion of OI:RII cases 2-90-001, 2-90-012, 2-90-020, and 2-91-003. The premature disclosure of these documents could reasonably be expected to interfere with the aforementioned pending investigations and/or i enforcement proceedings. These documents are described as follows:
