DEPARTMENT OF LABOR (DOL) ORDER REQUIRING MOSBAUGH TO PROVIDE V0GTLE DOCUMENTS TO THE GEORGIA POWER COMPANY (GPC) 1 It is hereby requested that the following documents, among those ordered by DOL to be provided to GPC by Mosbaugh on January 29, 1991, be excepted from review by GPC until the completion of OI:RII cases 2-90-001, 2-90-012, 2-90-020, and 2-91-003.
The premature disclosure of these documents could reasonably be expected to interfere with the aforementioned pending investigations and/or i
enforcement proceedings. These documents are described as follows:

Mosbaugh Tape Transcript: The transcript of Mosbaugh Tape No. 255 is the only one of the original 13 tape transcriptions that can be cleared for release to GPC without the potential of compromising the pending 01 investigations, supra.
