3/15/84 Due to possible flooding caused by maintenance error, a separate draft report regarding flood protection.is requested in addition to the draft report which addresses all other internal events.
Particular emphasis should be placed on the consideration of human intervention time, ability to terminate a flood, timing of reactor isolation, and ability to override the signal including effects pf level 8 trip.
