In Reference 1 we transmitted our findings on' the Shoreham flooding These findings were based on the Brookhaven National Laboratory issue.

The purpose of this (BNL) evaluation provided to us in a draft report.

Our memorandum is to transmit to you the final BHL report on this issue.
