advisory panel on alternatives to managing and financing the Figh-level waste I

program had completed its work, and that we were awaitirJ; their final draft report for review.

We have received the final draf t and. wauld like to request your assistance in this review.

A copy of the repot; is enclosed.

In particular, please focus on identifying the impacts or. NRC's regulatcry role that could be expected if the Panel's recommendations were implemented.
