I am pleased with this arrangement and believe tha will afford us the apprcpriate means of following the panel's progret nd will enhance our ability to consult with you prcmptly on completion of the advisory panel's report.
(I In regard ti the scope of NRC involvement with this study, we intend to limit our crea of consultation to the examination of potential impacts on NRC regulatory responsibility which may flow from any recommended alternative management proposal.
