COMMISSION PAPER ON PROGRESS OF AMFM PANEL Enclosed for your concurrence is an information paper for the Commissioners summarizing the status of the AMFM Panel's activities and schedule information relevant to Commission consultation on the draft DOE report. My staff has 4 informed me that Secretary Hodel will meet with the Panel during their next meeting, but the Panel does not plan to present its recommendations at that time. Therefore, it would not be appropriate for the Chairman to attend.
Also enclosed is a memo forwarding the information paper to EDO, for your signature.
