He is responsible for submitting the DN's to Ebasco, and upon receipt of the disposition, is responsible fer assuring the proper corrective action is taken, and verifying the same by completion of sections L and 5 on the form.
5.2 The American Bridge Superintendent or his designee is respons-ible for the recommended dispositions given on the DN. He is also responsible for implementing the corrtetive action once it is received from Ebasco.
53 The American Bridge Foremen are responsible for reporting discrepancies to the QA personnel.
6.0 iROCEDUP.E 6.1 Upon the discovery of a discrepancy, the American Bridge Foreman will notify American Bridge QA personnel. No repair or rework will be performed on the affected item until a disposition fran the Engineer has been received.
6.2 A yellow HOLD tag will be placed on the item and left there until the DN is closed out. The HOLD tag will have the following information on it:

6.4 The properly filled out and signed DN will be submitted to Ebasco with a letter of transmit'tal by the Site QA Officer.
6.5 Upon receipt of the disposition frem Ebasco, the Site QA e

- A Discrepancy Leg, FQAP 16-1, will be included in the file.
