NUCLEAR PLANT NO. 2 ANNUAL-ENVIRONMENTAL OPERATING REPORT

Facility Operating License NPF-21 Appendix B - Environmental Protection. Plan Section 5.4.1 of the referenced EPP requires submittal of the subject report by May_1 of each year. It also requires that the initial report be submitted prior to May 1 of the year following issuance of the operating license.

The WNP-2 operating license was issued on December 20,1983 and ,

consequently, this report covers the period December 20 through December 31 . During this period-there were no reportable environmental activities. We judge this letter report satisfies the license condition and anticipate a more substantive report for 1984.
