PROPOSED ABNORMAL OCCURRENCE -

INOPERABLE CONTAINMENT SPRAY SYSTEM This memorandum is in response to your memorandum of July 13, 1984, which requested our comments and concurrence on the proposed abnormal occurrence (AO) pertaining to the containment spray system being inoperable for nearly 13 days at San Onofre Unit 3, while the plant operated in Modes 1 through 3.
