1 The areas of the licensee's QA program considered incomplete or de-i ficient during the initial QA inspection have been revised and now appear to meet both the words and intent' of 10 CFR 50, Appendix B.
l The QA/QC procedures and instructions developed to date by the 1
contractors, and their schedule for completion of the remainder seem

to be consensurable with the project status.
The inspectors were able to ascertain by the review of selected i
documents that the QA program is being diligently implemented in the areas of design control and procurement of major components.

No further inspections are scheduled until construction activities commence at the site.
