'DATE DUE: March 31.1971 The Reactor Safet/ Sranch has reviewed the information pertsintnq to the P'4R Moderator Dilution analysis perfomed for the Three '!fle Island facility and finds the ana'lysts to be incomplate. The staff had requested Ifcensees to review the potential for all types of boron dilution inciderts and from the infomation submitted it is not clear that this was done.
The Ifcensees submittal only addresses the potential for the boron dilutton inctdent that could occur by inadvertent drainf 09 of spray additive tank to the reactor coolant system as happened at Crystal 4f ver.
In ceder to ccmplete our review we need to know whether the licensee has svaluated the potential for other boron dilution accifents not analysed in tSe r$AR snd the consequences of sny boron dilution sccf dents so idonti f f ed.
The Ifesnsee has stated that their Decay 'tenovel System procedures ero-vide redundant isolation of the Sodiun :tydrotide Tank from the Oecay
