Arkansas Power & Light Company infonned the Regulatory On May 18, 1973, Operations office in Atlanta, Georgia of a situation which may be reportabic This situation involves incomplete documentation in under 10 CFR 50.55(e).
1, reactor the veld filler metal records for the Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit vessel and reactor vessel head.
Report BAW-1403, dated April,1973, titled " Investigation of Major Component Weld Records", has been prepared by Babcock & Wilcox and submitted to Mr. R. H. Engelken on April 30, 1973. The justification presented in Report BAW-1403 is the same as that presented in BAW-1402 " Investigation of Steam Cenerator Weld Records" which was submitted to the Atomic Energy Conraission by Babcock & Wilcox in January,1973.
