Docket Nos. STN 50-528/529/530 Physical Security Plan Amendment 38 j in accordance with the above reference letters, Arizona Public Service Company (APS) i has incorporated changes to the PVNGS Physical Security Plan to include administrative controls previously described in Section 6.0 of the PVNGS Technical Specifications. Two additional administrative changes are also included: 1) a title change from the Security Department Leader to the Nuclear Security Director and 2) a description of the PVNGS  :

security controls for the onsite Low Level Radioactive Materid Storage Facility. i Enclosed please find an original and three copies (controlled copy numbers 8-3,8-4, and 8-9) of Amendment 38 to the PVNGS Security Plan. In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b)(4)(iii) and by copy of this letter, APS is forwarding two controlled copies of Amendment 38 to the Regional Administrator, NRC Region IV.

This amendment does not decrease the effectiveness of the Security Plan and, therefore, is being made pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p). A summary of the changes are included in Enclosure 1, and the original of Security Plan Amendment 38 is included as Enclosure 2.
